No one should have to face a serious diagnosis alone.
A cancer diagnosis or other serious health condition can turn life upside down in an instant. Between appointments, treatments, decisions, paperwork, and everyday responsibilities, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed and unsure of where to turn.
We created the NPH Foundation because we believe everyone deserves access to guidance, support, and someone who can help them navigate the journey ahead. Finances should not be a barrier to access this guidance. We’ve seen firsthand how having the right support can reduce stress, improve confidence, and help patients and families feel less alone during some of life’s most challenging moments.
Our mission is simple: to make compassionate navigation support more accessible to patients, caregivers, and loved ones when they need it most.
The NPH Foundation was founded by Linda Burhansstipanov and Rani Khetarpal, two longtime advocates for patient-centered care who share a passion for helping people navigate complex healthcare journeys.
Drawing from both personal experiences and decades of professional work supporting patients, families, healthcare organizations, and navigation programs, they created the Foundation with a shared vision: that no one should have to navigate a diagnosis, treatment, or caregiving journey without support.
Today, the Foundation works to expand access to navigation services and connect individuals and families with the guidance, resources, and support they need to move forward with confidence.

The NPH Foundation provides financial assistance for navigation support and guidance. Actual navigation services are provided through a partnership with NavPoint Health Inc. The NPH Foundation does not provide direct patient navigation services, medical advice, clinical recommendations, legal advice, or financial advice. Individuals should consult their healthcare providers and other qualified professionals regarding medical, legal, or financial decisions.
